This Wedding Videography Contract (the "Contract") is entered into on

1. Package Selection:

The Clients have selected the following package/s:

2. Delivery Timeline:

1. Teaser Video: The Teaser Video, capturing highlights from the wedding day, shall be delivered to the client within one (1) week after the wedding date.
2. Highlights and Feature Video: The Highlights and Feature Video, comprising a comprehensive wedding video package, shall be delivered to the client within a timeframe of up to five (5) weeks after the wedding date.
3. Extras: In the event that the client has requested any additional services or extras beyond the standard package, the delivery date of the final product may be extended by up to two (2) weeks, accounting for the additional editing and production required.

3. Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is due upon booking to secure the date and package. This deposit must be received by 'Video Team' , within 5 working days of signing this contract. The remaining 50% of the total package price is due on the completion and delivery of the videos.

a. Upon completion of the videos, an invoice will be generated and sent to the client for the agreed-upon payment.

b. Payment: The client agrees to make payment for the services rendered in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

c. Delivery Timeline: Upon receipt of payment, the 'video team' will provide the client with an online link to access and download the videos. This link will be sent to the client within 2 business days of the payment being successfully processed.

4. Video Package and Editing Details:

Incorporation of Ceremony and Speeches:

a. All feature films created by the 'Video Team'   will incorporate various highlights and scenes from both the ceremony and speeches, with the aim of crafting a cohesive and memorable narrative.

b. Editing Discretion: The 'Video Team'   will exercise creative discretion in selecting and arranging sections of the ceremony and speeches that best suit each film's storytelling.

c. Client Requests: In the event that the client wishes to include specific sections of the ceremony or speeches in their video, the client must notify the 'video team' before the commencement of the editing process. Such requests must be made within a period of up to 7 days following the wedding event.

d. Additional Full Coverage Video: Should the client desire a comprehensive feature video of the entire ceremony and/or speeches, this service can be provided by the 'Video Team'  at an additional cost. Details and pricing for this are on the

e. Editing Amendments: The client may request minor amendments to the videos, including the removal of certain shots or music changes. However, if the total editing time for these changes exceeds 3 hours, an additional contract is required for an amount agreed to by both parties.

5. Video Coverage and Videographer Requirements:

1. Martello & Ballista Video Packages: The videos showcased on Chris White Wedding Films' website are primarily derived from packages that include the services of two (2) videographers. These packages provide extensive coverage and include multiple angles, resulting in a comprehensive wedding video.
2. Villa Video Package: If the client chooses to book a package that includes only one (1) videographer, it is understood that the wedding video coverage may be limited in comparison to the standard packages. This limitation may result in reduced coverage of certain aspects of the wedding event and a limited number of multi-angle shots.

By selecting a single videographer package, the client acknowledges and accepts that the scope of video coverage may be affected by the reduced staffing and will be based on the availability and capabilities of the single videographer. Both parties agree that the specific details of video coverage and shot composition for single videographer packages will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, and these details will be documented in writing as an addendum to this contract, if necessary.

6. Travel and Accommodation:

Travel and accommodation expenses for the Video Team'  will be incurred based on the location of the wedding. Unless otherwise stated in this agreement, the Clients will be responsible for covering these expenses.

7. Extras:

Any additional services or extras requested by the Clients must be added on up to 1 week before the wedding. In some cases, additional extras may be added after the wedding day, at the discretion of the Video Team' , Chris White.

8. Insurance and Drone Operation:

Public Liability Insurance: Video Team'  will provide the Venue with proof of adequate Public Liability Insurance coverage, meeting Venue requirements, no later than 10 working days before the Wedding Date.

b. Drone Operation License: Video Team'   will operate drones for aerial videography in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Proof of a valid drone pilot license and necessary permits will be provided to the Venue no later than 10 working days before the Wedding Date.

c. Compliance with Venue Regulations: Video Team'  agrees to follow any additional Venue requirements regarding insurance and drone operation.

d. Drone Footage: Each video package may include drone footage, but we cannot guarantee its inclusion due to potential weather conditions on the wedding day or errors with video files. The inclusion of drone footage will be at the discretion of the 'Video Team' 

9. Food:

'Video Team'  appreciates the food if available. But we always have food with us in case. Gill brings a lot of back-up snacks.

10. Cancellation:

In the event that the Clients cancel the services of the Video Team'  the non-refundable deposit shall not be returned. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before the wedding date, the Clients are still obligated to pay 25% of the package price.

11. Copyright and Usage:

The Clients grant the 'Video Team'  the right to use the wedding videos and related materials for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the Clients.

12. Force Majeure:

'Video Team' shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under this Contract due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, terrorism, or government restrictions.

13. Entire Agreement:

This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.

14. Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HRH - United Kingdom

15. Signatures:

By signing below, the Clients and the 'Video Team' acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
